Orders, Shipping & Cancellations
ORDER PROCESSING (Shipping & collecting in store)
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order & payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once received and another notification when your order has shipped or ready to collect.
We will always endeavor to ship/prepare goods on the SAME or NEXT DAY but this will be heavily dependent on stock availability and current orders/work load.
PLEASE NOTE - Current economical climate and global supply issues (Eg. Covid) can cause potential delays that are outside of our control. If you are needing something urgently then it is important that you contact us directly prior to ordering to ensure we can supply in time.
SHIPPING
We offer domestic shipping of goods throughout Australia and collection in-store locally.
We do not currently offer international services.
Please note, some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you have provided a P.O. box and we need to change this to a Residential or Business address, we may contact you for this information.
Our system may offer a fixed price shipping option OR calculated shipping rates. We reserve the right to change these options at any time, subject to business requirements.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Given this calculation is automatic, incorrect rates can be provided if it is not configured correctly. Shaw Performance reserves the right to seek further compensation towards the freight costs if required. This will generally only occur if the costs already charged are significantly less that the actual cost required.
Should the customer not agree then the order may be cancelled and all costs refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shawperformance.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
IN-STORE COLLECTION
You can skip the shipping fees with FREE local pickup!
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect along with any further instructions. If you need something urgently, we suggest contacting us directly to ensure we can meet the required timeframes.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come, and do not come prior to receiving confirmation that it is ready to collect.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also see all the required information within your account on our website.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at accounts@shawperformance.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Shaw Performance reserves the right to cancel any customer orders for any reasonable reason, in the interests of minimising any financial losses, fraudulent behavior or illegal activities.
Orders that have been submitted, paid or processed by the customer cannot be cancelled or refunded and will be subject to our policy on exchanges, refunds and returns. Our full policy can be found here - Exchanges, Refunds & Returns.
We DO NOT accept returns unless strictly agreed to and approved within 14 days after order date.
