Exchanges, Refunds & Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days for a strict set of circumstances. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase date (not the delivery date), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In the interests of minimising any unfair financial losses, Shaw Performance reserves the right to approve or decline any return, exchange or refund no matter the circumstances. Shaw Performance guarantees it will act in accordance with the relevant state laws and in good faith towards the customer.

RETURNABLE ITEMS (subject to approval)

  • Incorrectly supplied goods
  • Items that do not match the description/information provided during sale/checkout
  • Items that are found to be faulty from the manufacturer and have no visible signs of damage to packaging
  • Items approved for return by Shaw Performance

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (subject to approval)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include but are not limited to:

  • Change of mind or circumstances
  • Items delayed due to postal service/couriers
  • Items that have been adequately depicted but differ from customers expectations (shades of colors, size, etc)
  • Perishable goods (papers, books etc)
  • Personal items (masks, clothing, hats etc)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards or gifts/presents
  • Downloaded software or products
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items with obvious signs of use or test fitting
  • Special order items

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Approved refunds or exchanges may:

  • Not include a refund of any freight costs, including the original costs.
  • Be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Be subject to additional charges for recouping any costs associated with payment services such as Zip, Paypal, Credit Cards etc.

If you are approved, then either:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.
  • Your exchange will be processed and replacement items shipped out (pending availability).

If your claim is rejected, the item may will be shipped back to you at your expense. To minimise costs it is important accurate and truthful information is provided.

Shaw Performance (at its sole discretion), may offer an account credit/gift card for use on future purchase as opposed to refunding or exchanging non approved items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed and you are yet to received it, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@shawperformance.com or on our contact details.

CONDITIONS

Returnable Items MUST be in good order, unopened and in saleable condition. Items that have been opened or damaged may be rejected and returned to the customer (at the customers cost)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item which has a value of more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail your request to info@shawperformance.com.
